If you are reading this, you have found us at the start. We are a small, hand-picked UK collection of design-led serviced apartments. London first. Partner homes across the UK. A quietly growing international network.

What this blog is for

Three kinds of things will live here.

1. Notes from stays. Honest reflections on what makes a short-let actually feel like home, the small operational details guests tend not to notice when they are right and remember when they are wrong.
2. Updates from the management side. What we are seeing across the UK serviced apartment market, what is changing in the regulatory landscape, what owners should be paying attention to.
3. The occasional opinion. About design, hospitality, and the strange business of inviting strangers into your home for a fee.

What this blog is not

It is not a content marketing exercise. We are not chasing keywords. We are not posting on a schedule for the sake of posting. If we have nothing to say in a given month, you will not hear from us. If we have a lot to say, you will hear more.
