We work with a small number of property owners across the UK, and, selectively, internationally, to run their homes as serviced apartments. Professional styling, listing management, honest reporting, and a team that treats guests the way we'd want our own treated.
Why so few homes?
We'd rather do a little, properly.
Short-let management at scale tends to go one of two ways. Too many listings, too little care. Or a small portfolio where every home is known, clean, and actually loved. We pick the second path.
Every Lush Homes property is visited, styled, photographed, and set up before it ever takes a booking. Our team knows every key code, every parking note, every quirk of the heating. That's how we keep the standard up.
